Member Service Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Member Service Coordinator to join our dynamic regional underwriting team. This role supports the underwriting function for our marine insurance business and involves direct interaction with members, brokers, and internal underwriters.
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of underwriting documentation, renewal support, data accuracy, and client communication—contributing to the club’s service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, process, and issue P&I and charterer liability insurance quotes, endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation.
Maintain accurate underwriting records and databases, including ship particulars, declarations, and premium entries.
Support underwriting officers in renewal screening, negotiations preparation, and follow‑up with members and brokers.
Assist in the production of debit/credit notes, cover letters, and data reports for underwriting activities.
Ensure all correspondence and documentation comply with internal guidelines, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Marine insurance experience,
Language skills (English/Mandarin/Cantonese),
WORD, PDF, and EXCEL proficiency.
