We are seeking a structured and driven individual who is passionate about providing top-tier administrative support to our Underwriters, members, and brokers. Our Athens-based team manages the Club’s business in Europe, offering an international and dynamic work environment. About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with our underwriters, supporting them in acquiring new business, managing existing accounts, and evaluating risks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with underwriting tasks for both new and existing accounts
- Coordinating the renewal process for relevant insurance covers
- Overseeing the issuance of various insurance documents
- Managing and updating policy terms and clauses
- Handling routine policy-related matters
- Processing premiums
- Maintaining relationships with brokers, members, industry organizations, and mortgagees
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with post-secondary education in insurance, business administration, shipping, or a related field. Previous experience in underwriting administration, brokering, or another relevant insurance role is highly valued, and experience in marine insurance is a plus. Given the international nature of the role, fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential. A keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel are also required. To thrive in this role, you should be structured, thorough, and eager to assist wherever needed.
