Our team in Hong Kong is looking for a Claims Executive, P&I to further strengthen our claims capability and provide high-quality, responsive support to our members across a broad spectrum of P&I matters. What You'll Do

• Handle and investigate full range of P&I claims Advise members on coverage, contractual and legal issues, and insurance related matters
  

• Work with surveyors, correspondents, lawyers, experts and other service providers
  

• Review reports, assess reserves and support member communication. Continuously monitor claims, handle and report to relevant department in accordance with club guidelines.
  

• Enhance the Club's brand and outreach by engaging in marketing activities and attending promotional events.
  

• Contribute to loss prevention through cross-team collaboration and content for articles, bulletins, circulars, and similar publications
  

• Build strong relationships with members and brokers etc

What We're Looking For

• College graduate with 3 to 8 years' experience in shipping, maritime law, or marine insurance
  

• P&IQ qualification and/or being a qualified lawyer is preferred
  

• Strong communication skills, self-motivated and a service oriented mindset
  

• Ability to manage time sensitive matters and work both independently and collaboratively
  

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken; Cantonese is an advantage
