Do you want to be part of a supportive team where you can continue to develop and make a real difference? We are looking for an IT Operations Technician to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. This is a great opportunity for you who are in the beginning of your career and is up for a new challenge.
You will be part of our Infrastructure & Operations department, where we are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the IT environment, network and cloud services. Our goal is to deliver a stable, secure, and modern IT environment that the entire organisation can rely on, today and in the future.
Your role
As an IT operations technician, you will work closely with users and experienced IT colleagues to provide the best possible support and operational assistance. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the IT environment throughout the organisation.
Your work will be a mix of operational tasks, support, improvement work and will include:
- Incident management and troubleshooting.
- Performing routine maintenance and updates.
- Installing and configuring laptops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.
- User management in our systems and services.
- Documenting cases and solutions in our IT service desk system.
- Participating in Infrastructure & Operations projects.
- Collaborating with the Helpdesk and other IT functions to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A couple of years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems
- Office 365 applications and SharePoint
- Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID
Experience from
- Mobile Device Management (Intune or similar).
- Management and troubleshooting of network printers.
- Teams-based meeting systems.
Meritorious:
- Experience with SCCM.
- Experience with MS Power Automate and MS Power Apps.
- Interest in IT security and automation.
