The Swedish Club is looking for a structured and driven Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team at the headquarters in Gothenburg. This role carries broad responsibility for supporting the organisation in administration, governance, and legal processes.
About the Role
You will work closely with our lawyers and specialists to ensure order, structure, and efficient processes within the legal field. The position involves independent tasks and collaboration in projects across different functions of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the annual governance cycle and other administrative processes.
- Support corporate governance filings and related administrative tasks.
- Handle regulatory and legal operations tasks.
- Prepare, review, and organise documentation and legal records.
- Participate in and support projects (including strategic initiatives).
- Contribute to developing and maintaining structured and well-organised processes.
Your Profile
- Paralegal education (2 years) or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role – however, the right candidate with strong potential and motivation may be considered regardless of previous experience.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus but not required).
- Strong interest in administration, structure, and organisation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in complex environments.
- Personal qualities: driven, curious, and eager to learn.
